Definitelly a great way to communicate with customers, making the use of the portals even easier. Will definitelly use to send work orders to the field, to a specific Team Leader or subcontractor, and keep customers up to date on the progress or completion of their works. I can see it used to deliver estimates and invoices to customers, purchase orders to vendors, financial and status reports to Managers, follow-up and reminders on sales activities, solutions to customers and field teams.
