I see. So it was an issue of picking the correct computer to be the "main" QB computer. Further on that, it makes sense when you think about what happens when a new customer is added in Method. The web server needs to wake up one of the computers and add the new customer to QuickBooks, so if two computers are the host computers Method would have tried to add the customer twice. By having one host be the "main" computer, you ensure everything goes smoothly.

It was a misunderstanding about which puter I was on. Since I travel I have done away with my CPU and only use this weak laptop. Danny thought I was at a puter that would be connected to the Method beta QB database. All is fine now I think?

Out of interest, Kevin, what was your installation problem? Any way we could have made it more intuitive?
