• Method Updates - March 9th, 2026

  The following updates are now live for users of Method Enhancements Schedule - Added reschedule time preferences to the wait list blocks, and enabled moving visits to and from the wait list. (PL-61370) Schedule - Enabled the Wait List tab on the Scheduling Calendar. (PL-61327) Fixes Schedule - Fixed an issue where an error message was presented when attempting to send an email for an unassigned visit. (PL-61335) Schedule - Fixed an issue where a visit's status did not update to Rescheduled when the date was changed. (PL-61334) Schedule - Fixed an issue where estimate visit instructions got overwritten by "Estimate visit". (PL-61322) Schedule - Fixed an issue where new work order visists always were set to "To be invoiced" regardless of the user's selection.   The following updates are now live for users of Method Enhancements Donations - Clicking the “Add new” link within the Customer dropdown on the New/Edit Donation screen now opens a quick-add pop-up screen. (PL-60447) Send Email - Clicking the “Add new” link within the Contact dropdown on the Send Email screen now opens a quick-add pop-up screen. (PL-60441) Estimates - Clicking the “Add new” link within the Customer dropdown on the New/Edit Estimate screen now opens a quick-add pop-up screen. (PL-60431) Sales Receipts - Clicking the “Add new” link within the Customer dropdown on the New/Edit Sales Receipt screen now opens a quick-add pop-up screen. (PL-60435) Fixes Tables - Fixed an issue where changes to a field's Required setting were not being saved correctly. (NCNG-484) Grids - Fixed an issue where Grid Builder V2 displayed a blank screen on load. (NCNG-146) Tables & Fields - Fixed an issue where dropdowns in the Jobs table were marked as unique. (GROW-17) Jobs - Clicking the "Add new" link within the Contact dropdown on the Create Job screen now opens a quick-add pop-up screen. (PL-60443) Fixes Sync Conflicts - Fixed an issue where clicking “Show more” navigates to Conflict Details instead of expanding inline. (PL-60869) Home - Fixed an issue where newly added users saw the "Insights Failed to Load" error on first arrival. (GROW-14) Jobs - Fixed an issue where the Contact dropdown on the Create Job Invoice screen displayed the Customer name instead of the Contact name.
