    Recurring Activities

    If I create a recurring activity, does it alert the user that this activity needs to be completed?  We are developing a monthly outbound calling campaign and we want to schedule that to be done each month with reminders.  Thanks!

    Hi parkerweb,

    Yes when editting a user click the Send email reminders before they are due check box on Step 3, you can get to this screen by going to Customize > Users > find the user and click Edit... on the same row as their name. You'll also need to enable Automatic Reminders in the Activity table: Customize > Tables/Fields > Edit table... > click the checkbox under Automatic Reminders then click Save & Close. In order to utilize the automatic reminders when creating an activity you'll need to enable the Email Activity notification? option. Additionally, if you choose to Schedule a Recurring Activity the user will get the email notifications for every occurrence in the series.
