Installed Outlook Plugin

    Installed Outlook Plugin

    I installed the outlook plugin successfully.  I continue to get a login error from the plugin.  I have checked the credentials, deleted, and reloaded them several times just to be sure.  I still get the login error.  API settings are also activated for the user.  Please advise.

    What exactly does the error say? Can you paste it here? What are you typing in for the user name field? Your user name or your email address? Try the opposite. Also, if you have tried multiple times in a row without success, I suggest waiting an hour or two before trying again. If you're still having trouble feel free to email me directly

    We were having the same issues on several internal and external computers.   It is all fine now though.

    Right before it happened to me it said that Method thought my computer date was Friday - however, it was not,  the computer date was accurate.  May have absolutely nothing to do with it

    The only other weirdness was the computer said a firefox window was open (wasn't)  I suspected it was an orphan Method window from Outlook - but again, still being new -I have no idea

    .... but if the info helps.. there ya go :)

    justjava - we were able to solve the issue over the phone. We typed in your Method user name instead of your email address into the User field on the plug-in which solved the issue.
