    How to get Contact web Links to work

    When editing an Activity, you can see the associated contact info in the left window. It seems like I should be able to click on their Facebook, LinkedINn or Website and bring that link up but nothing happens. Is there a browser setting that must be set?

    Hi Nova Developer,

    What browser are you using, e.g. Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari? There are no settings that I know of which will disable clickable links on your browser, however, ensure that your pop-up blocker is disabled. Try a different browser as well and if the issue persists it may be due to antivirus/malware software on your computer.
