    Managing Customers AND Resellers

    We will be operating as a rep group, which means we have to manage customers and leads for people who want to pay us to rep their products....BUT we also have manage the relationships of the "resellers" who buy and resell those products. Any ideas on how to set those up. Keep in mind that a "reseller" would never be a paying customer of ours...but still an important part to our sales process.

    Hi Jasonr,

    This certainly sounds possible, but I'll need a little more info before I can give you the best solution here. Firstly, What kinds of interactions/transactions would you have with a reseller? Are you tracking what the reseller's customers? and what they sell on to these customers?
