Sales Tax Item Change?

    Sales Tax Item Change?

    I noticed today that on my Customer Edit screen the Sales Tax Item dropdown included ALL of my active Items, not just the two Sales Tax items I set up - No Tax and Sales Tax. Until today, only these two items were in the dropdown...now all the Items are in there and that's not right. Also, the dropdown text is set to ParentFullName. Sales Tax items don't have a parent full name...just a Full Name.

    Did something change in Method b/c I don't remember changing any of my tables/screens on my side to cause this.

    Just wondering.....what am I missing?

    Hi Blake C,

    Did you add another sales tax code in QuickBooks? If you did that then that code will be brought over to the Tax Code dropdown under the Sales Tax Information area in the Additional Info section within the screen under the Edit (Customer Name) tab link.
