Mobile Not Working

    Mobile Not Working

    Since upgrading to the most recent version of Method, the mobile screens are not working correctly.  We can see a list of customers, but when we click on a customer, there is not data displayed . . . only lines.  It is the same for all of the mobile tabs as well . . . lists, but no details.

    pdirect,

    I am unable to duplicate this. Can you send me or post a screenshot of what it looks like? Also can you test logging onto your mobile screens using a non-mobile device (from your desktop computer) and let me know if you get the same results.

    I would send a screenshot but your forum doesn't allow for uploading images unless I upload it to my site and send a link which is kind of time-consuming. 

    And this happens on the desktop version as well as android and windows phone and iPhone.  So it's the same on all devices.  Just lines show up that usually separate the data fields.

    Yes you can login and I enabled your user . . . although you have had problems logging into our account in the past.

    Some info is there, but when we look at transactions for a customer, all of the amounts show zero and we can't "zoom" into the transactions to see more info.

    pdirect- What do you mean when you refer to 'Zoom' into a transaction? Can you email the names of specific customers to look at? I took a look at a couple of them and they had amounts greater then 0.

    pdirect- Mobile currently doesn’t support going to another screen so at the moment zooming into a transaction is not possible. As for the Amount taking a look into the default screen design it looks like it is designed to show the Balance of the invoice which in the case of your examples is 0. I will add a suggestion to have it display the Amount for the invoice vs. the balance or both.
