Hi John,

The reason that this is happening is because there are actions on the mobile work order screen that copy the items when you open up the screen. These copied items will then appear within Field Services when you open up the work order there.

If i go into mobile>work orders>a work order>items> my service item is there.

If i go into main method>field services>work order>job costing> the service item is there. I just can see it when i choose a work order. If i go into the series, then i can see the service item.

Is this a new feature?

Greetings,

I am creating work order that is creating a once a week occurance for this year. The service items are not saving to the rest of the work ordres. i am creating 52 of these work orders so if i go to july and print out a work order i dont get any service items. Any Ideas? I have been creating work orders for 2 years using the same way...now its not working.
