Hi lpierpont,

This issue should already be resolved in IE 8. Please let me know if you are still experiencing this issue by sending me a screenshot to r.gaisiner@methodintegration.com. If you have Windows 7, you should be able to download IE 9, and this issue would be resolved.

In regards to the December and January links, all of our users are on the latest version of Method and in the near future we will have the staging site for February and at that point you will see two new links at the bottom of the sign in page: "January Version" and "February Version."

I hope that this helps and please update me on the issue.

IE 8. Today I don't see December Version or January version at the bottom of the login screen anymore.

Hi Ronen,

1. No this does not happen when we log into the December version.

2. This happens when we log in under any user name

3. No we did not change anything to the roles.

2. Does this happen when you log in with another user name?

3. Did you make any changes to the roles?

Missing Tab Links in New January Version

When I logged into the January version of Method the tabs are there, but there is only one tab link per tab. For example under the Activities tab there is only an activities tab link. And under customize there is only the screen tab link. Is there something we need to do to see all the tab links we have in the December version?
