I&#39;m new and was trying to view the Webinar on the Field Services and it just shows up blank on my screen but I can hear the sound just fine. </p> <p>I downloaded the MAC Codec which was called Flip4mac or something but it just opens the file and it&#39;s a black screen with sound.</p> <p>I saw someone else that had the same issue but they were able to get questions answered here in the forum...however...I just need a general overview of the functionality of the Field Services. </p> <p>Thanks!</p> <p>Jason</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
