&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Is this happening on an original screen or a customized screen? &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In the &lt;b&gt;QuickBooks&lt;/b&gt; tab group, if you go to &lt;b&gt;Employees &amp;gt; Employee List&lt;/b&gt;, are you added as an employee?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;If you go to &lt;b&gt;Customize &amp;gt; Users&lt;/b&gt; and cick on the &lt;b&gt;Edit...&lt;/b&gt; link for your username, in &lt;b&gt;Step 1 of 10&lt;/b&gt;, in the dropdown for &lt;b&gt;Link to Employee/Vendor/OtherName (SalesRep)&lt;/b&gt;, is your name selected as a sales rep for your username?&lt;/li&gt;

The filter only works when a &amp;#39;Shared Customer&amp;#39; option is selected.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;How should I go about correcting the problem?&lt;/p&gt;
