&lt;p&gt;I just wanted to assure you that after you change the company information in QuickBooks with the new e-mail address and do a full synchronization, that in the home screen of the third party portal you will be able to send a new case notification as well as the notification to a case response to that new e-mail address. &lt;/p&gt;

However, the email address that they see is incorrect. How do I change this? &lt;/p&gt;
