It was marked as &amp;quot;Active Customer&amp;quot;.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Does the Sales Order have a &amp;quot;Is Waiting for Sync Approval&amp;quot; status? &amp;nbsp;If so, uncheck this and save.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have a customer that&amp;#39;s in method not showing up in QB. &amp;nbsp;It has a SO that isn&amp;#39;t syncing either. &amp;nbsp;My customer list screen is customized, but this customer is no different than any other in how I&amp;#39;ve created and saved it. &amp;nbsp;There&amp;#39;s no resolve conflict with the customer or SO syncing to QB either. &amp;nbsp;Any ideas why I can&amp;#39;t see the customer or SO in the system?&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
