&lt;p&gt;Based on information from another post, I tested this on portals and was able to duplicate this issue and am creating a ticket for it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Thanks for providing the steps. &amp;nbsp;I tried this and it worked fine for me. &amp;nbsp;Apostrophes really shouldn&amp;#39;t cause an issue, especially in a web application.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When you say there&amp;#39;s an an error on some browsers, which browsers, and what&amp;#39;s the exact error it gives you? &amp;nbsp;It might help us to diagnose the problem.&lt;/p&gt;
