@Steven - yes this is possible.

However, one word of caution: don't update invoices that are outside the closing date of your QuickBooks file. For example, if your QuickBooks has the books closed as of Dec 31st, 2011, then make sure the invoices you update are Jan 1, 2012 or greater, otherwise you'll get mucho conflicts.

Is it possible to export the field “IsToBePrinted” from the Invoice table using the Import / Export integration tool feature? We have several invoices that were not unchecked in Quickbooks for prior periods. Since there are so many, we are unable to print our invoices using the batch feature. My goal is to export the invoice numbers into Excel, filter to view all of the invoices with a true value for the “IsToBePrinted” field, change them to false, and then import the list into Method.

If this is possible, any suggestions on how to do so would be greatly appreciated.
