&lt;p&gt;However, one word of caution: don&amp;#39;t update invoices that are outside the closing date of your QuickBooks file. &amp;nbsp;For example, if your QuickBooks has the books closed as of Dec 31st, 2011, then make sure the invoices you update are Jan 1, 2012 or greater, otherwise you&amp;#39;ll get mucho conflicts.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Is it possible to export the field &amp;ldquo;IsToBePrinted&amp;rdquo; from the
Invoice table using the Import / Export integration tool feature?&amp;nbsp; We have several invoices that were not
unchecked in Quickbooks for prior periods.&amp;nbsp;
Since there are so many, we are unable to print our invoices using the
batch feature.&amp;nbsp; My goal is to export the
invoice numbers into Excel, filter to view all of the invoices with a true value for
the &amp;ldquo;IsToBePrinted&amp;rdquo; field, change them to false, and then import the list into
Method.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;If this is possible, any suggestions on how to do so would
be greatly appreciated.&lt;/p&gt;
