&lt;p&gt;This one sounds like it was never sent. Is there any way you can confirm if the email was sent?&lt;/p&gt;

The good news is that the online payment portion worked like a charm.&amp;nbsp; The bad news is I received the &amp;quot;notice of Payment received&amp;quot; email 16 consecutive times?&lt;/p&gt;
