&lt;p&gt;If you are using our import / export tool then there was a link to this topic, in our Method CRM Help Center&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="http://www.methodintegration.com/method/kb.aspx?folder=methodcrm&amp;amp;article=Import-%2f-Export&amp;amp;id=189"&gt;HERE&lt;/a&gt;. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I want to emphasis on the section on &amp;quot;Special case : Customers, Vendor and Leads.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you are using QuickBooks Online then even deleted customers are still there as inactive. To resolve this situation, we recommend the following :&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- In QBO, restore (undelete) the records and rename them to something different (ex Joe Smith Inactive)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- perform a sync with Method&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- delete the renamed records within QBO and re-sync with Method.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This workaround will identify to Method that these records (exact Leads Names) are not in the system, and are available to be imported.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;At this point, you can try to perform the import again.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Furthermore, you can contact Intuit directly to have them removed these records from their side. I believe that this process will be at a cost to you.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The info I read about Method is that there should be an &amp;#39;Is Lead Status Only&amp;#39; button, which I haven&amp;#39;t found; so now I am trying to import as Customer Leads (which I hope is the right thing to do).&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
