Aaron - if you were hitting "web3" on that page, then it explains it.

Just so you know what I'm talking about, everyone who uses Method is diverted to a batch of web servers that split up the traffic. It looks like right now web3 is taking an unusually large load, causing it to crawl.

We're diverting traffic from web3 to the other servers - it should be normal again in a few minutes, if not already.

I'm on server #3 and yes, it started just about 15-30 minutes ago.

The website and our company login/user interface are SUPER SLOW right now? Are you having problems with your servers? I cannot do customer service because it takes forever to bring up a customers information. Can someone please help me asap?
