Thanks for follow-up. Yes the List Builder will create the the desired list to Excel.

1. Campaigns > List builder.

2. Remove all to begin with.

3. Fill List with all customers. This will put the customer type in.

4. Filter the grid based on what you want to keep (just type in the header).

5. Click Export to Excel.

The original reply outline the process to PDF and RTF as well :)

Thanks, but I'm surprised you don't know your own product a little better. The best way to do this was by using the List Builder (found after searching). I was able to filter by customer type and export as an Excel file right from there.

One more option is use our import/export tool (under Customize > Integration Tools) to export all customers. You can simple use the functions in Excel to filter the list with your requirements.

A simple way to produce a Customer list with a certain "Customer Type" is to build a grid from a Customer table and filter it by "Customer Type". You can customized a new or old screen to get this information.

Now the question is how you need this information. There are actions to export the Grid to Excel, PDF or RTF.

You will add the desired action to a button at the bottom of the grid.

I'm wanting to export a list of all customers that have been assigned a certain "customer type". Is this possible with Method and if so, how would I go about that?
