Currently we do not have Property Management App but Method can be customized to cover your needs. Customizing your Method account will let you perform a variety of tasks which will includes: automate lease renewal, providing your tenants a portal, with a Payment Gateway, that they can pay their rent online, and other specific requirements that you might have.

Furthermore, if you want to make a link to another (3rd party) web-based program, you can add it as Web Page Window Object to any of our Method screens.

You have the ability to customize Method yourself, or we have several options for consulting and customization packages.

Is anyone out there already using Method for Property Management? I see it's on a list of future apps to come, and if anyone out there has done this already I'd hate to recreate the wheel. I'm looking to automate lease renewals, allow tenants to pay rent online through customer portals, attach signed lease documents, make deposits from multiple locations, etc. It would be an added bonus if I could make a quick tie into another property managment program that helps specifically with tenant screening, simulating market prices for rent charges, etc. That part could come later. Any thoughts, anyone?
