How can I customize Method to do this?

Following my advice in the other post, you'll need modify the New Activity screen to trigger an "Enter Value Into Field On Screen" action when the user clicks the "Send an Email" checkbox. A couple of good webinars for you on this topic would be:

How can I customize Method to do this? Since we have checked "send an email" already, Method knows this is an email and the activity should be noted as such.
