&lt;p&gt;Thanks for asking here, I think a few other users would like to see this reply. &amp;nbsp;You need to start with making a copy of the CRM_ActivitiesList screen.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Click the Customize &amp;gt; then Screens tab link&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Scroll down or use the screen name filter to look for the CRM_ActivitiesList. &amp;nbsp;When you rollover this screen you should see a copy button. &amp;nbsp;Click copy.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;On step 1, you&amp;#39;re copying the screen from This Account.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;On step 2, give your screen a new name like &amp;quot;Activities with Email&amp;quot;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;On step 3, click Add a Tab Link and put your new screen on the Activities tab.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After the copy has finished, highlight your new Activities with Email screen and click Edit.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In the screen designer, find the Activity Grid and click edit.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Click Next and on step 2 you want select the field EmailBody and click Insert Column.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Click Finish.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Click Publish and wait for the screen to finish publishing here.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Click the Activity tab then click into your new tab to review the changes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Following the above step will allow you to see the Email Body in the grid view for this screen.&lt;/p&gt;
