&lt;p&gt;FirstName = &amp;#39;Dave&amp;#39;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Will give you all the Dave&amp;#39;s, but not the Davea&amp;#39;s.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Or for an Activity:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;DueDateStart &amp;gt; &amp;#39;2012-05-31&amp;#39;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Would give you all activities after midnight (UTC time) of May 31st.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#39;s obviously on our todo list to make a user interface that allows non-SQL&amp;#39;rs to build the scripts visually.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
