&lt;p&gt;It should be. &amp;nbsp;From what I gather you&amp;#39;re trying to build a scheduling app where A must be complete and billed before B then C is available. &amp;nbsp;I would look at your scheduling lookup table and add columns to cover complete and billed status. &amp;nbsp;When you poll a customer to figure out the next step, your lookup table can tell you if A was complete and billed. &amp;nbsp;Ideally you have one table with minimal columns you can use to poll a customer quickly - use this table to get critical details like status, billing and their record_id.&lt;/p&gt;

I know I can put the rough in of the job and the trim of the job on the calendar but I need to stop the trim from having access until the rough in is complete. &amp;nbsp;I&amp;#39;d like to be able to see what is needed to be done on the schedule or what point is the task at by looking at a report that would show - oops accounting has not billed for that rough in so the trim cannot be scheduled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
