&lt;p&gt;How are you putting your leads into Method?&amp;nbsp; This message is correct because you can&amp;#39;t make a customer inactive in Method.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;#39;ve only been able to hit this error message when I edit a customer and click the &lt;i&gt;Customer Is Active&lt;/i&gt; checkbox under the Additional Info tab section then hit save.&amp;nbsp; Can you tell me what steps you&amp;#39;re taking to get this message?&lt;/p&gt;
