right now, if you check the op out of invoices, method will not send a estimate by email.

I will suggest this to the team but I do have a work around if you customize the QuickBooks_Estimate, CRM_Contacts and Contacts table a little.

Add a field to the Contacts table for IsOptOutOfEstimate then edit the CRM_Contacts screen to include this field. Open the QuickBooks_Estimate screen and look under the Save & Email button; action item #18 is a Start Loop Through Table with a where clause for the field IsOptOutOfBilling. Adjust this to look at the newly created field and you're good to go.

Method CRM Pro>Customer>Contracts>update contacts screen

right now, if you check the op out of invoices, method will not send a estimate by email. How about one more check mark for opting out of estimates? Having three choices some people will get the estimate but dont want the invoice becasue it goes to a different person but that different person dosent want the estimate. lol
