Has any customization been done to that screen, to maybe the address field to make it unique? Is it only when the client updates the address that they get that prompt? Does it also happen on the Save and New button? Current customer information is&nbsp;displayed on right hand grid. </p> <p>Client changes their customer&#39;s address and then hits save button. </p> <p>Client then gets&nbsp;yellow error message at top saying&nbsp;&quot;this customer/vendor/employee/other name is already in use&quot;. </p> <p>Typically the updated data is saved.
