&lt;p&gt;Method CRM does sync with the QB item list. Not only do the items sync but as they are used on transactions such as when you sell on an invoice this will make the appropriate changes to areas like quantity on hand and others in QB as well.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Have you taken a look at the item list in Method.
