Dottie,

Instead of a percetage, use pixels. When editing the grid on the column setup, uncheck the (as %) checkbox and type in a pixel width for the column you want to adjust. This should give you better control over the width of the column - try it out and let me know.

My column width for go to in my job grid will not minimize when I change the percentage. It is one of the largest columns on my grid. How can I minimize it?
