@MikeB - I've got good news. The new version of the documents list should be released by tomorrow so keep an eye out on the release notes.

@MikeB - the only way to change the default filterview for that screen would be to make a copy of the screen, and change the default checkbox for the filterview so that it is "Shared".

Before you do that though, I am going to put in a ticket for our team to change this filter to "Shared" instead of "My". The general rule of thumb we use in Method is if the list you are viewing has to do with tasks that are assigned to a person, we always set the default filter view to "My". In this case though, Documents aren't really a task so the default should be "Shared".
