Just to add to my previous post, there is also an option for customers to convert their accounts to a multi-tenancy account. This will allow you to have one account with more than one tenant setup, with each having their own QuickBooks company file even though they're all under the same Method company account. Some benefits to this option include but are not limited to the "Franchisor" being able to search, insert, and update records in multiple "Franchisee" accounts, the ability to design screens that are instantly and universally available to all franchisees, without the need to copy the screens individually into each franchisee account, and the ability to create consolidated reports. This option may not be suitable depending on your specific needs but is still available for our MethodCRM Pro customers. Hey Dottie,

Yes custom screens can be imported from another Method account and the tables that are associated with those custom screens get automatically imported as well, however, the data held within those tables does not get copied over unless you edit the table and enable Copying between other Method accounts. Click on Customize > Screens > Copy / Import Screen... Note: The 'Copy/Import Screen' button will be at the bottom of the Screens page.

Copying screen for another company

We currently have more than one company account with Method CRM. We would like the customizations made for one company to get copied and implemented to the other without manually having to customize everything all over again. Is the possible? How can this be done? Please advice.
