&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;This shouldn&amp;#39;t be happening. &amp;nbsp;I can&amp;#39;t recreate this is my own account so I&amp;#39;d like to take a look at your account through the MethodSupport user. &amp;nbsp;Please enable this from &lt;strong&gt;Customize&lt;/strong&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;strong&gt;Users&lt;/strong&gt; and click the active checkbox beside the &lt;em&gt;MethodSupport&lt;/em&gt; user. &amp;nbsp;Can you also &lt;span id="mce_2_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span id="mce_3_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="mailto:c.ridgway@methodintegration.com" title="mail to" target="_blank"&gt;email&lt;span id="mce_3_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; in&lt;span id="mce_2_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; your company account name.&lt;span id="mce_7_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Also, when I copy the screen, a non-editable copy shows up...like it&amp;#39;s another original. I&amp;#39;m unable to delete these copies. What&amp;#39;s the deal with this screen? Is there a reason for this?&lt;span id="mce_6_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
