&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_1_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;T&lt;/span&gt;he other customers aren&amp;#39;t being deleted, they&amp;#39;re just not being displayed because you&amp;#39;re filtering by &amp;#39;Type&amp;#39;. If you remove the &lt;span id="mce_5_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;text in the &lt;/span&gt;filter box&amp;nbsp;and click &lt;span id="mce_2_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cancel&lt;span id="mce_2_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; on the bottom right corner of the grid, the original list will show up. Easiest way to include multiple customer types for your campaign would be to filter for the Types you don&amp;#39;t want to include then remove them.&lt;span id="mce_7_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt; For example i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span id="mce_6_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;f you have four customer types in total (Short&lt;span id="mce_9_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, Average, Tall, Giant&lt;span id="mce_8_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;) and only want to include Average and Tall, you would need to&amp;nbsp;filter for Short, select all rows (&lt;span id="mce_14_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;by clicking the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;checkbox on the top left corner of the grid), then click &lt;strong&gt;Remove Checked&lt;/strong&gt;. Then do the same for the Giant type and you&amp;#39;ll have only your intended customer types left&amp;nbsp;&lt;img src="http://www.methodintegration.com/cs/emoticons/emotion-1.gif" alt="Smile" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
