&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;Just a table design tip on this one, create a separate table called &lt;em&gt;Address&lt;/em&gt; with all the fields you want to store (address123, city, country, etc.)&lt;span id="mce_2_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt; plus&lt;span id="mce_11_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span id="mce_10_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;one extra field called &lt;em&gt;AddressRecordID&lt;/em&gt;. &amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;AddressRecordID&lt;/em&gt; will store the &lt;em&gt;RecordID&lt;/em&gt; of the customer so when you want to retrieve all address&lt;span id="mce_8_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&amp;#39;&lt;/span&gt; for a customer you&amp;#39;ll look at this table for all records that match your customer&amp;#39;s RecordID. &amp;nbsp;This will not add a bunch of unnecessary fields to existing tables and will&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;allow for an unlimited number of address per customer record.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;After you&amp;#39;ve saved your lead you can add any additional information in the Notes section: Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click &lt;strong&gt;More actions...&lt;/strong&gt; then click&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Notes&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;span id="mce_7_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;However, i&lt;/span&gt;f you want to store the address in fields for use later on, i.e. &lt;span id="mce_6_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;through &lt;/span&gt;actions, then you would need to customize the EditLead screen and include additional address fields.&lt;/p&gt;
