Mary,

Try this and let me know the outcome. View your employees in Method, check out only the one's that don't show up on the Users screen. If they don't have an email address then that's the problem, you need to add one for them to show up. If they do have an email address then just edit it by adding or removing a character then save and go to the Customize > Users screen to see if they show up. If they do show up then you can go back and correct their email address and add them as a user.

Can't invite Employees as Users

All active employees synced from QuickBooks have already been turned into users. Why do I see this message when I select "Invite Existing Employees"? We have 5 Method user accounts and 20 employees. I verified that the employees show up on the Employees tab in Method. They have been in QB for a while. I would like to invite more employees to be users, but my only option that works is to Manually invite a user and fill out the new user form from scratch and then associate the user with an existing employee after the fact.

If this is a bug, please fix it. Thanks.
