&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_8_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;When you login to Method, one of the tabs you&amp;#39;ll see is the &lt;span id="mce_9_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Solutions&lt;span id="mce_9_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; Tab&lt;span id="mce_13_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt; select it&lt;/span&gt;, then click on the &lt;span id="mce_11_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Solutions List&lt;span id="mce_11_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; tab link and you can create create your own solutions, both internal and available to users who login to your Method portal. In order to make a Solution available to your clients, you would need to set the &lt;span id="mce_15_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Status&lt;span id="mce_15_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; to &lt;span id="mce_17_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Published&lt;span id="mce_17_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; and ensure that the &lt;span id="mce_19_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Internal?&lt;span id="mce_19_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; checkbox is empty. Once you&amp;#39;ve created some Solutions go to &lt;span id="mce_21_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Customize &amp;gt; Integration Tools &amp;gt; Knowledge Base&lt;span id="mce_21_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;. This tool will take&lt;span id="mce_23_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; your solutions, publish them to the web, and provide you with a link you can give to your customers or place on your website.
