Just so I know how to better assist you, will you be using the Field Service Operations app (Work Orders) or the default QuickBooks Time Tracking screen when utilizing employee time tracking in Method?

Yes time entries sync with QuickBooks, I created several Work Orders for one of my employees and entered time tracking information, all within Method. As you can see from the screenshots below, the data syncs to QuickBooks.

You can create/customize your own reports using the Method Report Designer, and when utilizing the Generate Report action you can set a filter for your report. You even have the option of using the Advanced Script feature to filter your report; an SQL WHERE clause.
