Hi taurusgardening,

In order to add the Customer phone number to the Route List template you would first need to add the customer phone number into the Activity table as a linked field, then edit the Route List template and drag the linked field onto the template.

I'm trying to get my contacts(client) phone number to appear on the routelist report by inserting it in the Report Designer but I am unable to find the Phone number field that corresponds to the contact details held. I can't seem to get a value to show up when I use ContactPhoneNumber or ContactPhone fields... other fields work great, just not the one I want!

any ideas?
