My question is about importing more than three Contacts per Customer. We've tried to import Customers to the Customer table and Contacts to the Contacts table but saw no primary/foreign key in which to join them. In the customer table we see a place to put in three contacts, but have many more we'd like to get in there. Is it possible without having to enter by hand through the web interface?

Hi Robert,

When importing contacts the "primary/foreign key" you're referring to would be the Entity columns, i.e. Entity, EntityRecordID, etc. Add contacts to the exported Contacts.csv file and ensure you use the correct Entity (customer) information. Before doing this, you would first need to import your customers, then export the Contacts.csv table again to ensure you have the most updated information in order to be able to link the contacts you are importing to the new customers.

For more information on how the Import/Export tool works check out our Help Center article.
