This is for importing existing leads from another CRM as well as entering new leads to know what they need. I originally just added a checkbox object, so nothing really saved. Now I have created these fields in Customer. However, I went into a lead that was recently typed in to check the new box. When saving, it says this name already exists in Quickbooks, please change it. What? Why can&#39;t I just edit the record? I tried just editing a field that is common such as email. Same thing!! How can you not be able to edit lead information after you save it? What if you made a data entry mistake?</p>
