Hey Bryan,

From what I understand, you need to have some customers move from 1 type to another. You can change the type for those customers.

If you need them to be viewed on both lists, you can create another customer type for these users, and then add those customer types to the filter views criteria.

Example : Currently it’s something like , only show customers with the type of…..

You can add another line like this to include the new customer type. This will allow you to see both user types in that view.

Hi,

I think you are referring to the grid views that are currently on the Existing Customers grid. These ‘views’ do not actually copy customers but instead filter the list to show only those that meet filtering options applied.

If you are looking to modify or create new grid views, follow the steps to edit the gird and in Step 3 of 8 you’ll see options for filters. In your case, try to determine the field(s) that identify the customer as belonging to Wholesale and insert the filters for that list.

Currently all of our customers are listed under only All Customers in the Customer dropdown list. We have several categories in our dropdown menu that I need to copy some of the customers into. I need to most of these customers to be copied to our Wholesale list in the dropdown menu. How would I do this?
