Hi Angie,

Which table are you importing the Leads into? If you selected the Customer Leads table, this field is not included as it is not needed. When importing to this table, the IsLeadStatusOnly is not required, as all imports will be set to TRUE anyways. Here is a link to the Help Center article on the Import/Export tool: Import/Export Tool. When updating, make sure to include the recordID. This field uniquely identifies each record in the table. Including this allows Method to find the existing record in Method in order to update it.

I'm important several lists of leads and many of the people are on more than one list. I know that I need to have the field "IsLeadStatusOnly" marked as True to be a lead and I understand that if I check the box "Update existing records by matching the key fields" that it will put the info into the lead instead of making a new lead. However when I check that box the "IsLeadStatusOnly" field is not longer available.
