To access it go to the &lt;span id="mce_19_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QuickBooks Tab Group&lt;span id="mce_19_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; (top right of the screen) &amp;gt; Click on the &lt;span id="mce_21_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Employees&lt;span id="mce_21_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; tab &amp;gt; then click the &lt;span id="mce_23_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Time Tracking&lt;span id="mce_23_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; tab link. The fields exist in the &lt;span id="mce_25_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TimeTracking&lt;span id="mce_25_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; table so they can be added to the screen an&lt;span id="mce_18_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;d grid, see my screenshot below.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Double check your &lt;span id="mce_9_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TimeTracking&lt;span id="mce_9_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; table to ensure the &lt;span id="mce_4_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Bill R&lt;span id="mce_27_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;ate&lt;span id="mce_4_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; and &lt;span id="mce_6_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Amount&lt;span id="mce_6_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; fields exist in the table, if not then it&amp;#39;s possible someone may have deleted them. &lt;p&gt;You can add the Bill Rate and Amount fields to the screen as well as the grid. Before the Save action you can perform the calculation and populate it in the Amount field. You can then create your own filters for the grid to filter by Employee. *Note: Depending on how you set the job duration value you may have to create another basic malth calculation.&lt;/p&gt;
