&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_1_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;First ensure no one is editing any screens, then regenerate the &lt;span id="mce_21_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Entity&lt;span id="mce_21_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; table followed by the &lt;span id="mce_23_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Customer&lt;span id="mce_23_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;span id="mce_25_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Contacts&lt;span id="mce_25_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; tables. Once that&amp;#39;s done, log out then log back in&lt;span id="mce_27_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;to Method&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;then see if you can access the record. If not please enable the &lt;span id="mce_28_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MethodSupport&lt;span id="mce_28_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; user and &lt;span id="mce_31_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="mailto:a.shamon@methodintegration.com"&gt;email&lt;span id="mce_31_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; me the Company Account name&lt;span id="mce_30_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt; (not your user name).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_30_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;To regenerate a table go to &lt;span id="mce_2_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Customize &amp;gt; Tables/Fields &amp;gt;&lt;span id="mce_2_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; then click on the appropriate table (i.e. &lt;span id="mce_4_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span id="mce_7_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Entity&lt;span id="mce_4_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_7_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;) &amp;gt; then click &lt;span id="mce_5_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Finished Editing Fields&lt;span id="mce_5_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span id="mce_5_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span id="mce_38_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;To enable the &lt;span id="mce_9_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span id="mce_11_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MethodSupport&lt;span id="mce_11_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span id="mce_9_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; user go to &lt;span id="mce_13_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Customize &amp;gt; Users &amp;gt;&lt;span id="mce_13_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; scroll down to the bottom of the screen and enable the &lt;span id="mce_15_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Active&lt;span id="mce_15_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; option for the &lt;span id="mce_17_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MethodSupport&lt;span id="mce_17_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; user.&lt;/p&gt;

I have the admin role so there is nothing that I am not able to access&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_3_start"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt; and I still get this message: &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_0_start"&gt;The record you are trying to load does not exist, or you do not have permission to view it.&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_1_start"&gt; Once I exit that and once again click on the customer &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_4_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;that message appears followed by this:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_5_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; In order to stop information from being saved/entered incorrectly, we reccommend refreshing your browser. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; If you have any other active screens open, please save them beforehand to prevent data loss.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_0_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;When I refresh it takes me back to the home screen and when I access the customer list and try to go to that customer yet again it pops up with the first message. The customer is still in the list and I can see the contact information that is displayed normally on&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_8_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; the customer list. That means that the file does exist right? So is there a way to access this customer?&lt;/p&gt;
