&lt;p&gt;This is not something built out-of-the box &lt;span id="mce_3_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;for&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;Method and we don&amp;#39;t have a set work flow&amp;nbsp;as every organization does things differently. Your technicians will either need to create the Work Orders/Invoices themselves or you can go the route of customization. But depending on the scope of the project this can be quite involved. If you would like to go down the path of building this out through customization then I strongly suggest you speak with one of our in-house Consultants to scope out the project and find the best route to take. Alternatively you can speak with one of our &lt;span id="mce_10_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.methodintegration.com/Consultants.aspx"&gt;Method Solutions Providers&lt;span id="mce_10_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; who will also be able to assist you.&lt;span id="mce_6_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Campaigns = Marketing Efforts&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Opportunity = Potential Revenue&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Case = Problems/issues/requests/billing issues, etc. ---&amp;gt; Solutions= Knowledge Base&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Activity = Any action (phone call, email, letter, etc) associated with a Campaign, Opportunity, Case or Activity&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_1_start"&gt;Here is where I get lost:&amp;nbsp; 1)&amp;nbsp; A customer calls one of our technicians to have some work done; 2) Our tech opens a case, and performs the work.&amp;nbsp; This case now needs to be invoiced, but I can&amp;#39;t seem to find how we turn that case into a work order or how that all flows.&amp;nbsp; Is there an automated work flow from first phone call to invoice?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
