Karen,

Did you build this report template from one of our stock templates? If you still have the stock version, you can always build it back from there, rather than try to fix what may be broken from the custom report. Unfortunately, since the original version of the custom report was only on your account and you overwrote it, we can't restore it back to the previous state.

Hi Karen,

I'm really sorry Karen. There is no way to get the template back. As a best practice, always use 'save as' and save it as a new version.

Custom invoice in Report Designer

Is there a way to restore a previous version of a custom invoice template? I made one small change yesterday and now the whole invoice template is messed up. The Bands have moved and changed. The invoice isn't printing right. I didn't even move any of these things around. I just added ONE FIELD!!! I am really really frustrated!!!!
