No you can definitely use Method and do other work all in the same browser, sometimes people run into caching issues which is why we advise to either try a different browser or clear their browser cache. do you recommend running method in a different browser to what you use for other sites? I did have a lot of tabs open in firefox doing different things as I was also working in method?

I hate using IE, but wondering if I should just use that for method and then do all my other work in firefox?

thanks for your help by the way, loving method despite the growing pains, just got my tabs working, love that feature! I am coming to the conference in Orlando in June so I can get some proper training instead of trying to wing it myself so look forward to meeting you all.

Hi Ben B,

This may have been one of those weird caching issues, we usually see this happen with Google Chrome and not so much with Firefox. If you encounter a problem in the future try clearing the browser cache then try again, and as you already know, the alternative would be to try a different browser.

well figured out a work around but now cant import anymore. It just gets stuck at this screen..

edit - well something was up with firefox as tried to import using IE and it worked fine.

well may of had a life safer thrown my way, seems like the method integration program was turned off. Need to see if I can reset method to our current QB's file. Is that possible?

So my lead accountant changed his mind about the functionality of how we are going to use method after I did the big import and now I need to change some of my customers to leads. I see that this is impossible.

I have already imported all 4000+ new customers into method, is there a way to somehow delete all the new customers so I can re-upload again with some set to leads?

I would just use a backup file but the accounting department have been making changes to the QB's file so would loose their work too.
