&lt;p class="p1"&gt;This seems like a pretty complicated customization job with&lt;span id="mce_104_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; a lot of steps&lt;span id="mce_36_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt; and there &lt;span id="mce_102_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;can be&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;many different ways&lt;span id="mce_103_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt; to pull it off.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;I can point you in the right direction for each of your points, but you may have to hire a consultant to complete this job for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span id="mce_105_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="p1"&gt;To start - you would have to add fields into the &lt;span id="mce_12_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Customer&lt;span id="mce_12_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; table for each parameter. For&lt;span id="mce_73_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span id="mce_14_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;example, a dropdown field may be best to choose which level the customer purchased. This dropdown field c&lt;span id="mce_76_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;an trigg&lt;span id="mce_77_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;er populating&lt;span id="mce_78_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; some&amp;nbsp;event fields&amp;nbsp;that are associated with it. Does a specific level of purchase always trigger the same events? To print a customer schedule, you will probably have to create a report in the &lt;span id="mce_79_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;Method&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;Report Designer. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;This can be done with grid filters. On &lt;span id="mce_116_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Step 3 of 9&lt;span id="mce_116_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; of the &lt;span id="mce_118_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Grid Wizard&lt;span id="mce_118_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; you&amp;#39;ll see &lt;span id="mce_86_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;filter options. If you have a field that marks if a customer is scheduled to attend the competition you can filter by that field.
